1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you purchase an event pass or merchandise through Zero Day, we collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order and verify your identity at venue check-in:
- Customer contact details: Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Phone Number.
- Attendee information: Names of participants attending with you for venue safety and QR ticket assignment.
- Shipping address: Delivery location for physical goods (apparel, totes, merchandise).
- Transaction records: Payment reference IDs issued by our payment provider (Razorpay). We never see or store raw card or UPI PIN data.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your data solely to issue your digital ticket QR codes, send transactional confirmation receipts, notify you of event changes or cancellations, and dispatch physical orders.
We will never sell, lease, or monetize your contact information to third-party marketing brokers or advertisers.
3. PAYMENT SECURITY
All online payments are processed through Razorpay India, certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Your transactions are authenticated with 256-bit encryption. Zero Day servers never store sensitive card details.
