Governing rules for passes, venue conduct, and commerce with Zero Day.
1. EVENT PASSES & ENTRY
Each Zero Day event pass admits one person (or designated team size for Duo passes). At venue check-in, attendees must present their unique digital QR code on their phone screen or as a printed pass.
Each pass is valid for a single check-in scan. Duplicate presentations or counterfeit tokens will be rejected by our scanner system.
2. CODE OF CONDUCT
Zero Day is committed to creating safe, inclusive, welcoming spaces for everyone in Jorhat. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, intoxication, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior. Organizers reserve the right to revoke entry without refund if rules are violated.
3. PHYSICAL GOODS & MERCHANDISE
Physical goods are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from Jorhat, Assam via trackable courier partners. Delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 5 business days across Assam and Northeast India, and 4 to 7 days for the rest of India.
4. JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising from transactions or events hosted by Zero Day shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jorhat, Assam, India.
